Plus expenses. That is the actual billing model. The estimate ranges below are forecasts of typical hours for typical work. Not fixed product prices. Your proposal locks the range for your specific project. **$150 per hour starting, plus expenses.** This is what the work costs to do well right now. Time, overhead, the risk we carry getting clients, and fair compensation for the people producing the work. If market rates shift, our rate shifts with them. We do not run scarcity pricing. ## Estimate ranges (forecasts, not fixed prices) The ranges below are typical hours for typical work. Your proposal will lock the actual estimate range, deliverables, milestones, constraints, payment terms, and fail costs in writing. No scope creep. - **Quick Start.** $300 to $900. 2 to 6 hours estimate. Basic voice agent or small automation. Working system delivered fast. Documentation and credentials at handoff. You own it. - **Standard.** $1,500 to $4,500. 10 to 30 hours estimate. Custom build with tailored conversation flows, multiple integrations (CRM, calendar, notifications), testing and refinement, and a training session at handoff. - **Custom.** $6,000 and up. 40 hours and up estimate. Complex, multi-system builds with advanced logic or deep integrations. Discovery, architecture planning, conditional flows, custom data pipelines. Handoff included; extended handoff priced separately if you want it. - **Maintenance and consulting.** $150 per hour. No minimum. Debugging, small changes, hourly consulting. Pay for the hours you actually use. Every change gets an estimate before we start. Voice agents are the easiest to demo, but we build the whole stack. Custom software, automation systems, AI integrations. Pretty much anything you can do on a computer. ## Ongoing services (ala carte, optional) Every build is yours to run when we hand it off. Nothing ongoing is bundled. If you want hosting, monitoring, maintenance, support, integration upkeep, performance reporting, or on-call availability, each is contracted separately. You pay for what you choose. The starting points below are illustrative. The proposal locks the actual rate for your contract. - **Support retainer.** From $199 / month. Email and chat support for questions and troubleshooting. Minor configuration adjustments. Additional work billed at the hourly rate. - **Managed service.** From $499 / month. Proactive monitoring, configuration updates as your needs evolve, regular check-ins, priority response. Additional work beyond scope billed at the hourly rate. - **Concierge service.** From $999 / month. 24/7 priority monitoring, immediate response for critical issues, monthly strategy calls, prepaid consulting hours scoped per contract. Best when downtime is not an option. ## Handoff (priced separately) Handoff is a real product. If you want to run the system yourself, we will document it, hand over credentials, and train your team. - **Standard handoff:** $500 to $2,000. Documentation, credentials, one training session. - **Extended handoff:** $2,000 to $5,000 and up. Full runbook, multiple training sessions, transition support. ## Your ongoing vendor costs (paid directly, not to us) When we build your system, you own it. The underlying services run on third-party platforms that bill you directly. These are your accounts, your credentials, your costs. Real outcomes vary; this is a forecast tool, not a guarantee. We scope during discovery and lock an estimate range in the written proposal before any work begins. **Do I have to sign up for a monthly plan?** No. Monthly plans are optional. Every build includes complete handoff with documentation, credentials, and training. You can operate it from day one. Service plans exist for businesses that want ongoing support. **What if I need changes after handoff?** Any changes are scoped and billed at $150 per hour. We give you an estimate before starting additional work. **Do you charge per minute or per call?** No. We do not meter minutes or calls. You pay us for the build and optionally for ongoing service. The per-minute vendor costs in the math example go directly to Twilio, OpenAI, and similar vendors, not to us. **What if my project does not fit the categories?** These are forecast ranges, not limits.
