What was going wrong?

A small business that misses a call usually loses the job, because the caller rings the next name on the list rather than leaving a message. Answering services cost more than the calls are worth for most operators, and the off-the-shelf voice products lock you into one vendor's engine and one vendor's price.

What did we build?

A real-time voice platform where the parts that talk and the parts that think are separate and swappable. The same engine answers a live phone call, replies to a text message, or runs on a mic and speakers in a room, without changing the engine itself. That separation is the point: when a better or cheaper voice model appears you change a setting rather than rebuild, and nothing about your setup is hostage to one supplier's price or roadmap.

What changed?

This one is built but not live yet, so there is no result to measure. The day it launches and the numbers come in, they go here, dated.
