Infinite Visions LLC was co-founded by Eric Jackson and Derek Dean in Sarasota. The first AI voice agent was a tool Eric built for his own phone. The real reason: solicitor calls were hammering him. Screening apps did not work. Do-not-call lists did not work. So he built a custom AI connected to a database that recognized past callers and treated them differently based on tags.
It greets friends warmly. Filters solicitors with a dumb robot wall, a fake "wrong number" voice, or sometimes pretends to be interested for ten minutes to waste their time. Pulls data from the database in real time. Triggers emails or actions based on who is calling.
When Eric showed Derek what he had built, they saw the same thing. Local businesses have this problem in reverse. They want their good calls captured and their junk filtered. They want customer data flowing in real time. They want software that fits their actual business, not the other way around. Derek and Eric founded the company together to bring this to local businesses.
Eric is the technical co-founder. Builds the systems, fixes things. More behind-the-scenes.
Derek is the business co-founder. Client-facing. Handles deals, customer conversations, asks what problem you actually need solved. You will probably talk to Derek before you talk to Eric.
The insight that built the company. The voice agent is one entry point into a system that can connect to everything else. Businesses have this problem in reverse. They are missing customers because they cannot always pick up the phone. We are not a phone-answering company. We are a problem-solving software build shop that uses the voice agent as the demoable hook.

We do not run scarcity pricing. No founder discount. No "lock it in before it goes up." The rate reflects fair compensation for the people doing the work.
