Pricing | Infinite Visions AI - Hourly Billing, Sarasota
$150 per hour starting, plus expenses

This is what the work costs to do well right now. Time, overhead, the risk we carry getting clients, and fair compensation for the people producing the work. If market rates shift, our rate shifts with them. We do not run scarcity pricing.

Estimate ranges (forecasts, not fixed prices)

The ranges below are typical hours for typical work. Your proposal will lock the actual estimate range, deliverables, milestones, constraints, payment terms, and fail costs in writing. No scope creep.

Quick Start

$300 to $900
2 to 6 hours estimate

Basic voice agent or small automation. Working system delivered fast. Documentation and credentials at handoff. You own it.

Standard

$1,500 to $4,500
10 to 30 hours estimate

Custom build with tailored conversation flows, multiple integrations (CRM, calendar, notifications), testing and refinement, and a training session at handoff.

Custom

$6,000 and up
40 hours and up estimate

Complex, multi-system builds with advanced logic or deep integrations. Discovery, architecture planning, conditional flows, custom data pipelines. Handoff included; extended handoff priced separately if you want it.

Maintenance and consulting

$150 / hour
No minimum

Debugging, small changes, hourly consulting. Pay for the hours you actually use. Every change gets an estimate before we start.

Voice agents are the easiest to demo, but we build the whole stack. Custom software, automation systems, AI integrations. Pretty much anything you can do on a computer.

Ongoing services (ala carte, optional)

Every build is yours to run when we hand it off. Nothing ongoing is bundled. If you want hosting, monitoring, maintenance, support, integration upkeep, performance reporting, or on-call availability, each is contracted separately. You pay for what you choose. The starting points below are illustrative. The proposal locks the actual rate for your contract.

Support retainer

From $199 / month

Email and chat support for questions and troubleshooting. Minor configuration adjustments. Additional work billed at the hourly rate.

Managed service

From $499 / month

Proactive monitoring, configuration updates as your needs evolve, regular check-ins, priority response. Additional work beyond scope billed at the hourly rate.

Concierge service

From $999 / month

24/7 priority monitoring, immediate response for critical issues, monthly strategy calls, prepaid consulting hours scoped per contract. Best when downtime is not an option.

Handoff (priced separately)

Handoff is a real product. If you want to run the system yourself, we will document it, hand over credentials, and train your team.

Your ongoing vendor costs (paid directly, not to us)

When we build your system, you own it. The underlying services run on third-party platforms that bill you directly. These are your accounts, your credentials, your costs. We do not mark up or resell.

Category Examples What it covers
AI / LLM tokens OpenAI, Anthropic The brain. Processing conversations, generating responses.
Voice and telephony Twilio, Vapi Phone numbers, call routing, voice infrastructure.
Voice synthesis ElevenLabs, PlayHT Natural-sounding AI voice generation.
Hosting and database Supabase, Hostinger Data storage, backend infrastructure.
Integrations CRM, calendar tools Your existing business tools. You may already pay for these.

Typical combined vendor cost for a voice agent is around $0.05 to $0.15 per minute of active call time. Varies based on which services you use and your call volume.

ROI math, worked through

Before we propose anything, we want to know what the problem actually costs you. Here is a typical example for a voice agent.

Example: a business missing two calls a week

You are a service business. You miss roughly two qualified inbound calls per week because you cannot pick up. Average new-customer value is $500.

2 missed qualified calls per week
× 52 weeks
= 104 missed calls per year

Assume even half of those would have converted at $500 avg value:
52 conversions × $500 = $26,000 / year lost (low estimate)

Voice agent build (Quick Start): $300 to $900 one time
Vendor costs (Twilio, AI, voice synth) at ~30 minutes of calls/week: ~$15 to $40 / month
Optional managed service if you want us running it: $499 / month (skippable)

Year 1 worst case (full managed): $900 + $40 × 12 + $499 × 12 = ~$7,368
Year 1 best case (you self-run): $300 + $15 × 12 = ~$480

Even worst-case year 1 against the lost-revenue floor:
$26,000 - $7,368 = $18,632 net benefit, year one

If the math like this clears your real numbers, we make a deal. If the value does not exceed the total cost for your specific situation, we tell you and we walk. We would rather lose the project than build something that does not pay back.

ROI Calculator

Plug in your numbers. The calculator runs the same math the worked example uses and tells you what it says. If the math does not work, it will say that too. The math is the math.

Your numbers

Your business

Total inbound calls, picked up or missed.
Be honest. After hours, lunch, busy on another line, voicemail never returned.
First-job value, or first-year value if you have repeat business.
Your close rate on calls you actually take.

Service estimates (editable)

Quick Start range is $300 to $900. Default $450 is the midpoint. Set to your actual proposal estimate if you have one.
Default scales with your call volume. Override if you know your actual ongoing costs (hosting, vendor pass-through, optional managed service).
80 percent is a reasonable default. Lower it if your missed calls are mostly junk; raise it if you are confident the AI handles your typical caller well.

Your math

Monthly cost of the missed-call problem $0
Payback period -
12-month net (after build cost) $0
Build cost used $0
Monthly run cost used $0 per month
Monthly revenue recovered $0
Capture rate used 80%
Based on your inputs, this pays back quickly. The math looks favorable. Worth a 20-minute discovery call to validate the assumptions and put a real proposal together.

Defaults: build cost $450 (Quick Start midpoint, range $300 to $900); 80 percent capture rate on currently-missed calls; monthly run cost auto-scaled to volume (under 100 calls per month $200, 100 to 500 $300, 500 to 1000 $400, over 1000 $500). Edit any of these to match your real proposal numbers. These are forecasts to size the opportunity. Your written proposal locks the actual numbers.

Comparing us to competitors: same math, no tricks

We do not claim to be faster or cheaper than anyone

We do not know whose proposal will be best for you until proposals are in hand. We will not trash-talk competitors by name. We will not show you a rigged comparison table.

What we will do: give you a framework to compare any two proposals apples to apples, including ours.

For each proposal you are considering, total cost is:

Sticker price + (your time spent × your hourly value) + (timeline in months × monthly cost of the problem continuing)

Same formula for every bid. The math is the math. If a competitor's proposal pencils out better for your specific problem, theirs wins. We will not stop you.

What we do claim

Common questions

How are builds priced?

All work is billed at $150 per hour starting plus expenses. We scope during discovery and lock an estimate range in the written proposal before any work begins.

Do I have to sign up for a monthly plan?

No. Monthly plans are optional. Every build includes complete handoff with documentation, credentials, and training. You can operate it from day one. Service plans exist for businesses that want ongoing support.

What if I need changes after handoff?

Any changes are scoped and billed at $150 per hour. We give you an estimate before starting additional work.

Do you charge per minute or per call?

No. We do not meter minutes or calls. You pay us for the build and optionally for ongoing service. The per-minute vendor costs in the math example go directly to Twilio, OpenAI, and similar vendors, not to us.

What if my project does not fit the categories?

These are forecast ranges, not limits. We build custom software, AI automations, and integrations of all kinds. If you have something else in mind, call the team line at (941) 356-5627.

What systems can you integrate with?

Most CRMs, calendars, and business tools. Common examples include Salesforce, HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, Google Calendar. If you use something specific, we will review it during discovery.
