The booking tools most small businesses use hold the bookings hostage. Your availability, your customer list and your calendar live on someone else's server, the monthly price only goes up, and the day you stop paying you lose the data. For a business that wants an AI voice agent answering the phone and booking jobs, that vendor lock becomes the whole business sitting on rented land.
A multi-tenant appointment system where the schedule itself is a plain, portable, owner-held file rather than a record on a rented platform. A voice agent can book calls straight into it, the availability is validated so two customers cannot take the same slot, and the whole thing is proven by a round-trip test that reads a booking back exactly as it went in. Nothing about your calendar is trapped in a product you do not control, which is the point: if you ever walk away from us, the bookings walk with you.
