The knowledge that runs a small business lives in one person's head and a pile of documents nobody can navigate. Onboarding a new hire means that person stopping their own work to explain the same things again, and the explanation is different every time. The training that does exist is scattered across chats, emails and half-finished PDFs.
A training site that builds itself from plain notes. You write the material as simple text files, and it renders them into a clean, navigable, dark-mode training site with no server to run and nothing to host beyond opening a file. Updating the training means editing a note, not rebuilding a website, so the material stays current instead of rotting, and a new hire follows it in order rather than pestering someone for the tenth time.
This one is built but not live yet, so there is no result to measure. The day it launches and the numbers come in, they go here, dated.
