- Send the AI voice demo callback you requested via the "Get a Demo Call" form (the call comes from our partner Vapi.ai using a US phone number we configured)
- Measure the performance of our marketing campaigns, including Meta ad attribution and conversion tracking

- Comply with legal obligations
4. Who We Share Information With
We share information only with the third-party services we use to operate the business. We do not sell your personal information.

We also share information if required by law, in response to lawful requests by public authorities, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
5. Job Applications (jobs subdomain)
If you apply for a position through jobs.infinitevisionsaiagents.com/apply, additional information you provide on the application form (employment history, area of operation, hours per week, device ownership, free-text answers, and any chat transcript with our AI screening agent ARIA) is collected and processed for the purpose of evaluating your application. Application data is processed using AI scoring (Anthropic Claude) and stored on our infrastructure. You may withdraw your application or request deletion of your data by contacting us at the email below.
6. How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain personal information only as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy:
- Contact form submissions: retained in our email indefinitely unless you request deletion.
- Demo request records: retained in our database indefinitely unless you request deletion.
- Job application records: retained for up to 24 months after submission, then deleted, unless you are hired or request earlier deletion.
- Server and analytics logs: retained per the policies of the providers listed above (typically 30 to 90 days).
7. Your Choices and Rights
Everyone
- You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or request that we correct or delete it, by emailing the address at the bottom of this page.
- You can opt out of Meta Pixel tracking by using browser settings, Do Not Track signals, or extensions like uBlock Origin or Meta Pixel Helper.
- You can opt out of Meta ad targeting through your Meta account preferences.
